Instagram Live Sale Policies

• Please claim responsibly, please treat claiming as swiping a cash card.
• Prices are in Canadian Currency. 
• Invoices will be posted on our website 24 hours after the sale or when communicated by The Crystal Rodeo.
• Invoices are due 24 hours after invoices are posted.
• Items will not be shipped until paid in full.
• Please check @The Crystal Rodeo Instagram stories for updates on invoices and shipping.

How to claim an item.

• Items are tagged with a code ex. A123. We share the price before we show the item and then show the code. Once the code is shown you may bid on the item.

Emoji’s are not required but do help if you are finding Instagram is blocking or filtering your bids/comments.

What's Next? 

• The first correct code(bid) that appears on our screen will receive the item.
• Please note that due to different internet connections and providers your bids will most likely show first on your screen.

How Can I Pay?

• Invoices are posted on our website under “Instagram Live Sale Invoices” or if you have requested a payment plan if will be under “Payment Plans” and your instagram handle. If you have any issues finding it you can always direct message us at @TheCrystalRodeo on Instagram.

• Shipping cost are totalled at checkout.
• We offer worldwide shipping!
• We offer free shipping over $150.00
• We offer open boxes to our customers, please request a open box by direct messaging us @TheCrystalRodeo on Instagram.
• Paid and Closed order are shipped out on Thursday/Friday of the week of the live sale. Unless otherwise requested.
